Rasant thread is a premium general-purpose thread. It is a core spun thread with a polyester core and cotton cover. This combination gives the thread a high breaking resistance and a well-balanced elongation behaviour. It also has a high thermal resistance and low static qualities. Sylko Threads
Coats Sylko thread is a high sheen trilobal 100% polyester thread. It has superior abrasion resistance for rugged end uses and better colour-fastness when exposed to bleach and UV rays. Serafil Threads
Amann Serafil thread is a high grade polyester continuous filament thread. It comes in a good range of colours and versatile weights starting from metric 10 which is a very coarse thread suitable for shoes, leather, and heavy textiles to metric 200 suitable for almost invisible serging, blindstitch hemming, etc. Serafil is also used for embroidery were the smallest lettering is required.
