Easy Slide on Fitted Sheets
MOVING PATIENTS JUST GOT EASIER
The Easy slide fitted sheet system is used to assist with moving a person on a bed.
The current method to move people is to use 2 full length slide sheets. When a person needs to be moved, both sheets are placed on the mattress to provide the slide effect. The bottom slide sheet remains on the mattress and the top sheet is used to move the person. This is often messy and awkward to do as the bottom sheet is not anchored.
With the easy slide system, the bottom sheet is fitted to the mattress and remains there permanently. This only requires one sheet to be placed under the person making it easier and safer to control the whole moving process. The fitted mattress sheet being water resistant also provides some protection to the mattress.
The Hospital grade slide sheets and fitted sheets are made from a strong synthetic material to assist the user to move across the bed. It is available in all standard sizes to suit ward beds and day patient beds (barouches).
The Easy Slide on Fitted Sheets are also available in various colours for easy identification.
They are fully machine washable
